I've been happy with the few Cold Steel blades I've owned, but for a folder, Kershaw would be my preference, especially for an EDC.
Regardless, I'd be interested depending on final price and models available (not a huge fan of serrated blades, but not a deal killer).

SKD did this with ZT, this is the MM version SKD offers. I love mine, but would jump on another one if the price was a little lower. http://www.skdtac.com/Zero-Tolerance-0360-SKD-MM-Knife-p/zto.124.htm

ok update
I have dealer apps into Cold Steel, Kershaw, ZT
Spyderco required retail space so they are a no-go until I get a retail space..
EDIT**
Ill have a basic website up and running this weekend, and I now have a federal tax ID#
I can also apply for SoG Sunday

Alright, Looks like SOG is gonna be a no-go after all unfortunately. They require a few more things that I cant obtain/qualify for. Still awaiting the contact from the Kershaw and ZT knives rep. EDIT** Now have wholesale pricing from Blue Ridge Knives who offer a few companies ad a lower minimum order http://www.blueridgeknives.com/ and their companies they sell http://www.blueridgeknives.com/brands-we-sell.html
