Hmm. This would be cool, I gotta admit. Go Kershaw Leek or go home, right?!

(We've been having knife debates while we're at SHOT, by the way. Ben is flying the SOG banner, and Dan and I are sporting Kershaws. Chris didn't bring a knife, so his status as a mod is in jeopardy.)

Besides, Dan loaned me his knife that the tip is broken off of and is so dull it couldn't even cut a lime for drinks last night... Mod status restored because I got at least one of the SOG throwing knifes to stick.

If we want the logo to be visible we need a blade with some more "meat" on it. Sticking with Kershaw, I think the Cryo is a good fit... Good size, amazing design (Hinderer) and it looks like its big ZT brother

I'm sure this could be arranged if we get enough interested folks to participate.

We wouldn't want Dan to break off the tip and wind up with "assivedesign" as a username, would we?

The Cryo II which is a pretty decent knife for the money can easily be ordered for under $32 on Amazon, maybe less if you shop around. http://www.amazon.com/Kershaw-1556TI-Cr ... B00AU6NWP4I'm sure there is a dealer here that can get them for even less. Add the engraving fee. I bet this could be done for = or <$50 OTD

Does the knife sit slightly above the pocket opening (exposed) or is the knife completely concealed when carried?

From the looks of it, if you're carrying tip down, only the clip is visible. If you carry clip down, a little bit of the knife is exposed.

I hate love to continue to push SOG products but they are a local company and might be able to do the engraving in house which would simplify the entire project (and maybe make it cheaper). I like my Mini Zoom ( http://www.sogknives.com/zoom-mini-alum ... satin.html), I got mine for $60 via Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/SOG-Specialty-Kni ... +mini+zoom) but would consider another model as it might be too big for some people.
