How are you guys getting these status updates?

When your e-filed Form 1 gets approved, you receive an email.

This is killing me, one of my F1's is 9 days after yours.

I'm waiting on a 6/29 and a 6/30. With the sheer volume I'm guessing they received around then I figure it could easily still be another month.

You will have one today or tomorrow, and the other tomorrow.

I REALLY hate to admit it, but Massive was right. Got an email this morning. First one is APPROVED.

Silly question here: But now what? I get it engraved and go shooting? I assume they'll mail me the actual stamp?

Yes, and then no. Get your lower engraved, build it and go shooting. You will not get a physical stamp in the mail. The emailed PDF is your stamp. Just make sure to keep a copy with the gun. I keep a hardcopy in the case and I also keep copies on my phone just in case.

Form 4 SBR purchased 6/10/16. Got the call today. Will pick it up tonight and see what the approval date is.
