Finally got the call for my Scorpion Tax stamp today. About two hours after I left their shop and went to work.

Took so long I wasn't very excited to pick it up. It's been in the safe since I picked it up last week, haven't even taken it out of the box. Maybe the interest will kick up again in another year.

Honest to God. that's how I felt mostly after just my 2nd suppressor a couple years ago. and that only took 7 months. no way in hell I'd wait a year plus now.

Submitted a Form 1 (Trust) for an SBR via EForms on 09JUL16. It just came back approved on 17MAY17.
I'm at 304 days since check cashed on the Thunderbeast Ultra 7 I bought. Starting to worry about that one a bit....

Hopefully I can get there to pick it up later this week. Can't believe how long it took for the form 3, mine was 11-23-16.

Can someone school me on how buying a suppressor online works?
So I saw a nice 22lr surefire can for sale, $200.
I'm guessing that it needs to be shipped to an FFL. But.. does that have to be an FFL that's willing to hold on to it until the NFA paper work is complete?

Purchased a Silencerco Spectre II from Hot Gates Armory with my Trust, submitted on 7/10 right before the law change deadline. Just picked it up today, so about 11 1/2 months. Scott at Hot Gates said SilencerShop submitted approx 8k forms right before the July deadline.... ouch.
