Why do I get reply notifications like this?

I got normal thread notifications today and I got one like this:

Somehow you clicked on the "Subscribe topic" link in the upper left of the screen, sort of right above your avatar (assuming you're on a PC, you're on your own for figuring out if you did it on mobile, although you should just be able to unsubscribe there too).

Just click on "Unsubscribe from topic" to stop the notifications (kinda like it says in the notice...but I digress).

Everything is config properly. It SHOULD show WaGuns, but if anything goes wonky along the way it’ll default to McGirr.
