Alright... Sucker for the crazes.. Smoker's are great.. Bought a smoker. Insta-Pots are great.. Bought an Insta-Pot.. Sous Vide is great.. Bought a Sous Vide...
So, I heard these Air Fryers are... GREAT! So, I bought one at Costco today.
Started off easy, asperagaus. Came out slightly crispy yet still chewy in the middle. Perfection. Tasted great too!
Later tonight I am doing a chicken breast for our Caesar Salad.
Anybody care to share some recipes? Tips and Tricks?

Bacon wrapped stuffed jalepenos is about all we have made in ours that was any good. Ive done egg rolls and they got too crispy and dried out. One other thing we made was fried zucchini, it was basically just rolled in mayo and bread crumbs.

I'll see your air flyer and raise you my Nuwave.
This thing has been out for
years.Way before the air fryers I believe.
I just can't see the difference between the two.

I don't have one . . . but before I bought the Instant Pot, I thought long and hard about the Ninja Foodi, which is a combination air fryer / pressure cooker. It looked like you could do some good things in the air fryer.

Melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
350 degrees for 20 min (15 one side, flip, 5 min).
Clean up is easy. Inside of “drawer” is all non stick.

I've been using an air fryer on the regular for about 4 years.
My go to is basically any kind of chicken, raw wings, breaded breats, whatever it works and it's fast.
Batch of raw frozen wings to crispy juicy goodness in 15 minutes at 390. Done.
Fries of all kinds are dead simple.

Oooh Brussel Sprouts are great in them. Put a little split in them, peel the loose leaves, drizzle a little oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 390 for ??, just wait till they are crispy.

So is it healthier? I'd wear it out in 6 months making wings everyother day. I bet it would make a moist cordon bleu or chicken kiev
