This isnt from today, from last week on the kettle. 2 different nights.
First up plank salmon that my oldest kid made. He did this all himself. I made myself chicken and carne asada as I despise salmon. There were 2 strip steaks, a ribeye and a tenderloin. 1st time cooking Bison, turned out really good. We usually cook legs or breast but I've been getting thighs for the Weber and really like it. Nothing. We had take-out. My wife wanted Thai and her mother wanted Thai, so we had Thai. I just came here to see the stuff other people made, and it looked great! |
