I just sliced, drenched in EVOO, salt and oregano and like 5 minutes in the air fryer then right on the pizza. I saw tater on pizza on some Napoli cooking show. I guess back east and midwest it is a thing as well. Pizza is One half homie growed Yukon gold potato, anchovy and hg rosemary Other half prosciutto and (Costco) castelventrano green olives (mellow like good olive oil) Homemade thin crust with super thin tomato sauce, olive oil, fresh melted mozza and Romano This "thin" dough was some of the best I've made. Stretched out perfectly and rose just enough.

I just haven't seen potatoes on a pizza before.....
No judgement --- I actually want to try it now. I'll take potatoes over broccoli on a pizza any day!

I want some cod or haddock, with the heavy batter that expands in the oil and ends up holding a bit much grease, and fries that are cooked in huge batches, with too much salt and some vinegar, and are really good... but only if you can get home fast enough the opening the bag to stop them steaming and going soft means that they haven't also gone too cold.

Breakfast. Leftover cornbread toasted in rendered bacon fat from the bacon it's topped with, and a poached egg or two. Quick-pickled red onion for garnish.
