What's on the griddle this morning boys? I did my caveman breakfast (aka basic white boy) caramelized onions and bell peppers, bacon eggs and fried taters. I don't think you can go wrong with this

I watch "The Flat Top King" on You Tube and he just came out with 2 spices and they are both excellent but I have never tasted a burger spice that tastes so much like a BBQ'ed hamburger patty. He's a ex-Navy chef and has a lot of good info and recipes in his video's. He also tell's you were you can buy everything he uses from spatula's to melting domes.

Just got/fired up the 17" e grill. Cooked frozen fries, a burger, and a hot dog tonight. (Don't use metal tools). A little bigger than I thought so I need to figure out where to store it when I'm not using it. The griddle surface is very slick. Nice to cook in the AC when it's 100+ outside. Can't wait to do breakfast Saturday.
