Stop using Vegetable Oils! Use animal fats (bacon grease, butter and tallow)

Stop using Fluorided toothpaste

Eat more meat! Eat the fat!

Increase salt intake!

Take Iodine supplements (not ADA of 150mcg - take like 5mg - 50mg)

Do your own research!

-Histamine Intolerance
-Solanine

In the wild carnivores eat carbs: berries, bulbs, grass.

But with that said.

Give a carnivore the option of meat versus being hungry...

The analogy or logic dies... and goes by the wayside.
Canivores eat those things because it's in season and easier to eat. But would it choose that if it had the choice?

And also... with that same. Eating those berries - the bears fatten up.

I'm sure you have seen the video where a Vegan dog owner is showing the news how her dog eats salads and to prover her point she has a bowl of salad and hamburger meat in a bowl. The dog immediately jumps on the meat and is gobbling it up when the owner decides to pull the dog away. The dog is still trying to eat, even as she pulls it away.

They eat carbs not only to fight a hunger, but to obtain nutrients that are not available in meat.
Our German Shepherds never missed a chance to chew on young grass in the woods, even we fed them not only animal proteine (beef, chicken, turkey and fish), but carrots, celery, potatoes and various berries, seeds, nuts and fruits, according to their personal preference.

The fallacy of what we feed our animals. Dog and cat, etc

It may say it have meat. Fish... Pork, etc
The part you are not eating is that it's all burnt. Any real nutrient value is gone. Why is it shelf stable at room temperatures for months?years? Because they cooked it all out! There isn't anything left to spoil.

What element or nutrient is missing in meat? Granted I am promoting a carnivore diet (to include butter, eggs and various different types of meat), plus salt and a few supplements like Iodine.

To a point.
The video goes over ultimately close to a Paleo Diet but goes on the lines of a Mediterranean diet to include breads and cheeses.

The part we get lost is that, if anyone has travelled to Paris or Italy or Spain... the breads they make from their local sources are vastly different from what we have here in the US. Let's just say they wouldn't use our grains - it would not pass their quality controls. The US grains would not meet their quality standards set in their country. Same goes for cheese made from pumped up cows on hormones and antibiotics in the US and ultra-pastorized.

There are some standards that are lost on us. Because we only know what we know.
Take eggs... in Europe they are commonly left on the counter. What is different from our eggs here in US?

Really the bottomline is we need to get away from highly enriched, highly refined, highly processed foods. Every bit adds up in our system.

Why is our country so high on obesity?
Why is our country so high on heart attacks?
Why is our country so sugar overloaded?
Why are there so many health issues (exploding) in the US?

This is like Covid... you are just citing a biased report.
Do your own research!

Like when I grew up in school... I was raised to ask questions and look for myself and see if those test results matched what I should expect from what I saw.

Today, we as a society are pressed not to ask questions. The "experts" will tell us what to do, what to think, how to think. Sounds familiar with Covid...

Everything must be asked and re-examined. The news, the experts, the government
They have all lied to us to our face! Behind your back! To your parents! To your doctors!

Re look:
Increase Salt

Don't cook with vegetable oils that can't be squeezed but has to be chemically altered and refined.

But the video you linked says to eat the "wheat" and cheeses.

I just want to have folks think about what it good and why it's bad.

When trying to duplicate a Mediterranean diet in the US you are not using the ingredients from that the Mediterranean per se.
One uses highly refined US available ingredients or buy products made here using said highly processed and refined ingredients.

Also this is a slippery slope as people will devour loads and loads of highly processed breads and highly processed cheeses.

So, from the start you are promoting the same old message... which is broken and lost to the vast majority of people here.

One of the things I am seeing is how we need to detox from carbs.
The trash carbs all made with highly refined and processed, commercially grown and altered foods (called the modern diet that is actually killing us from within).

But let me give you another example or difference. You were in Italy?
Then you had some sauces made with tomatoes...

Look at what types of tomatoes they use. How they process it and eat it. They remove the skin. They use only the meaty flesh. They cut out the centers with seeds. They cut out the areas of the tomato that contain larger contents that have solanine.

They have developed this method over their cultural history for a reason.

It's common here in the US to use the whole tomato (because we don't know any better - skin and all).

I agree on the tomatoes.

I agree on some wheats, for sure USA of any variety.

I don't agree on good, real, high fat cheese.

The point of the video was NOT to say the Med diet is best. I think you skimmed right to that, and even the brit guy says that. The main point of the video is we are omnivores, leaning to carnivore. And ignorant genius vegans have is completely wrong, yet brag as if they eat the healthy stuff.

Let me ask your logical mind

We know that doing the same thing, resulting in the same outcomes is craziness.

We can eat it all but is it working?

For those that have inflammatory diseases, with high blood pressure, with diabetes, who are over weight, are taking multiple meds to treat a whole list of ailments. And are not getting better?

Doing the same thing and it’s not working. The ones getting sicker and more pills…

Then do try a different whole paradyme shift.

Do something totally against what we have all been taught.

Do something radical to change your health.

Because this omnivore, eating carbs nonsense for those of us that are obese, that are on lots of meds and that are struggling even to breath.

Do something different. Chronic disease sucks. It takes you little by little. Like a crab being cooked alive in a pot of cold water and heated slowly.

Are you at that stage of your life you really sick and tired of being tired?

It is a totally different way to look at food and how you eat and what you eat.

Look behind the curtain of all the lies we have been fed over generations now. Are you tired of being tired and fat and sick?

Are you ready to take the “red pill”

To see what it does to you and how you feel?
Eat the fat! Eat meat! Use lots of salt! Use real butter! Take some Iodine supplements beyond what is ADA. Like 1,000 times more!!!

Stop using vegetable oils!

And lastly, yes you can eat high quality cheese.
I literally eat a whole box of cream cheese a day!

If you are “ready”

Read page 1 and the first post of this thread.

People who want to change, must CHANGE. AND they need to stop listening to crappy doctors and their asinine protocol. Let's a call a spade a spade. The enemy is mainly grains. And the American Diabetes and American Heart Association recommend a diet based on GRAINS. Enemies range from fake knowledge such a fear of fats, or sodium straight up causes all high blood pressure, cholesterol is a predictor of longevity, meat kills, etc. And yes - the meds kill you quicker than anything, in slow death mode!

The things I say are not crazy nor am I claiming to be always right. I'm NOT talking compromise - I'm talking logic. You say, just as an example - NO vegetable oils - when UNPROCESSED coconut oil and olive oil are fine.

Carry on. I love your thoughts. Ideas!
