Wow. Did a transfer at sound loan today and figured this was as close as I’d be for awhile so I drove the extra 10 mins down Madison. I have been trying to get here since this thread was created but life and covid have been tough to navigate. It’s amazing how much Everett has changed in the 8 years since I started commuting west instead of south.

ANYHOW.

The whole plaza was packed, I was really surprised how many people were out eating and picking up food. The couple in line in front of me were from South Seattle and driving up to Blaine and stopped in to try the Bulgoritto they had heard so much about. I told them I was from MV and basically doing the same thing.

Got 2 Bulgorittos and 1 flaming pig. They were 11 plus 1 dollar surcharge for the temp raise in meat price. I ate half of one in parking lot and it was AWESOME. Ate the other half 5 seconds ago and had to come post this. If you like good ethic food go here and eat. The rest will be my lunch at work next 2 days.
