Thanks.

Griddle learning remains fun.

Of course my wife's salsa is always the best thing.

Damn misting Rain might put a stop to it. I don't really want to have to get out the pop up.

Dinner? Lol...Those are for Wifey's Lunches, she's dieting and trying to reduce Cholesterol. I had a bite of each, (great flavor) but the rest is hers.

Here's the Chipotle marinade i used, it was pretty good with just a little kick to it.

The Kalbi marinade is from QFC, i tried to find it on the website but it doesn't show it. It's made in Kent WA and is really good.
It's in the meat section in a pouch, it's refrigerated.

I'm the JMB of the Blackstone, more Chicken thighs today.
Some Korean BBQ sauce marinated overnight, it was very tasty and tender.
Love the Blackstone!

My amazing wife took advantage of some sales this fall and bought me a full sized Blackstone. We've just been using the 22inch portable unit we take for camping. It will be nice to have one set up full time now. I was planning on keeping it outside, but I can carve out some room in the garage by dejunking some of my wife's stuff. Anyone just keep theirs outside vs. garage? Experiences?

Thanks. Can't wait to get it up and running when the weather clears a bit.

I have the gray PRO series or whatever their name for it is. Has a built in lid. Door for Propane, and a couple drawers with tables on either side. It lives outside year round. Does fine.
