Anyone have one? Just picked up a 36" Pro series a few weeks ago and am having a great time cooking...Never knew how easy it was to cook on a large flat top. Things that took me forever to cook in steps on the stove now take me a few minutes. Any must have accessories besides the spatulas?

Yup! I have a 36" standard. I gave my BBQ away after using the BS. Squeeze bottles for oils are needed, grill grates if you want to "mark" the food or cook something that has a lot of moisture, smaller lids to cover the food (I use cheap metal chafing tin liners from cash n carry) A bacon press that will double as a smash burger maker, drip container liners make dumping easy. Of course, buy a large metal shaker that I put salt, pepper and garlic powder in (with white rice to keep moisture out).

I love mine, I wish I would have bought the bigger one.
Amazing for all kinds of food.
Definitely agree with the squeeze bottles I have one for oil and one for water.

I have the smaller 17" one with the lid and stand. I love it, I can cook everything on it. I got the hose kit also so I can use a 20lb cylinder instead of the little 1lb cans.

What size do you have? The propane side of my grill / charcoal grill / smoker has seen better days. The smoker & charcoal grills are in decent shape because they don't get used as much. I like the idea of a griddle though and I wonder if I can fit the smaller one inside my existing one, or just go for it and get the bigger one.

i had the large version but I sold it. I had two major issues. I had the older model with the grease trap on the right side that dripped all over. I live in a very hot and humid climate and I didn't have good shade. Those two issues aside, I enjoyed it.

Everybody needs a griddle in their outdoor kitchen arsenal!!

Done several things on the 36, it's rocks at fried rice, and burgers, toasted sandwiches, etc, but where it absolutely dominates, is breakfast. Pretty much everything breakfast. Is like cooking for the whole family, all in one pan. Can't beat it.

Did burgers on it last night, so nice to be able to throw everything on at once instead of grilling outside, running inside to saute mushrooms/onions, toasting buns, going back outside, etc.

We got one of the 22 inch ones for camping, but I use it at home all the time. I do need to get a hose to just run a larger bottle, but I have an adapter to fill my own 1lb bottles off a larger canister. I'm looking to get a 36 inch one for more at home use.

You guys are making me spend MORE money.

I've wanted a griddle for years. I am holding off until we move.......under $500? Oh hell yes:

For refilling get one of these kits. DOT legal and you get a better fill. Also stick your empty cylinder in the freezer the night before.

Just got an e-mail from Blackstone, they are coming out with a 36" griddle with two air fryers built in. For the low low price of only $999!
ETA:

Maybe it's more because it's a whole kit of a bunch of stuff.

That's been out for a year now... And as mentioned, way cheaper than your email.
