This is the best bread! Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside with great sourdough taste.
My GF makes it whenever I come over.
Bake it, grill it yourself (bake in the oven for 10 min), shelf life 6 months (no refrigeration required).
Great just with butter, olive oil/balsamic, or goat cheese.
Seattle company, not sure if all Costco's carry it.
