Samual Adams...yes it is, and no i don't like Mr. Adams...meaning I don't like this IPA either. Pretty much tastes like you think it would.

Opened my last homebrew. OMG this stuff is swill. Man i have AWESOME friends for drinking this shit for me. Drank one after brewing almost 6 months ago and just now drank the last....bad from the start to the end.

Did I like the last Stone I drank? can't remember. I've had worse, but just because something says, "IPA" sure as hell doesn't mean it's good. I'll have to look back and see, but I think I'm done with brand.

I generally like the Stone IPAs. I thought Ruination was pretty good. Had better but not bad. I prefer the fresh hop IPAs though.

Man i need a beer :reaction:
45 min after work to get to the range. Less than 4min till closing. Whip out the shotty, load, try to load with too many rounds. Fire off one. Try to jam two shells into the breach, fix and fire off the rest. Reload the two shells I fucked up on and fire those off....."One minute till cease fire please, blah, blah." Make sure she is cleared and load up into the rifle bag that is 1/2inch too small. Pick up the bag and proceed to have the shotgun slide out and hit the ground! Get earplugs stuck in ears.
Load up drive away...MISS the firemen and their boots by one freaken light (when i drove through town the first time I couldn't get to my wallet fast enough)!! I promised myself to throw whatever money i had in there!!!!!!! Traffics too bad to turn around and go find them. Next time i promise. Almost 45 minutes to get home.....beer time.
Shotgun works better than me

I enjoyed a Lagunitas earlier in the evening. Tasty.

If any of you ever venture into the wilds of the north, you'll want to try LaConner Brewing Company's IPA. It smells like a bag of hops. And tastes like it, too.

My wife and I went there last during our Aniversery brewery tour. La Conner was good but if you're up in that area the North Sound Brewery in Mt Vernon is MUCH better. We hit up all the breweries north of Everet in 2 days. Including San Juan Brewing Co. Kulshian Brewery was pretty good too. They are in Bellingham. Their beers are not distributed to Seattle yet, at least they weren't as of last Sept but it was a fun place to visit.

So it was a weekend of MANLY things.
Camping out of a box trailer, bacon with every meal, shitting in the woods, fires, beers(bush light), etc..
Then there was the 34miles of trail clearing over the 2 days. Cutting trees, caber tossing them

carving manly things

and after all that...I just wanted to spend an evening with the family. They actually waited until 9:30pm to eat dinner with me when I got home. My son picked out an awesome beer!!
