Smoking elk Meatloaf for dinner tonight. Will also be doing creamy Yukon gold mashed potatoes and baby broccoli. My wife is in Cali this week so I’m at home with the kids. Maybe she should travel more often cause this is way better than working! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When it’s turkey day and your the only one in the house other than the wife’s grandma that eats meat you have an entire turkey to yourself. I broke it down picnic style and smoked the leg/thigh combos and wings and brined the breasts overnight then smoked them trying to make “pastrami “

Prosecco Cupcakes. Might not win a baking prize, but they're sure good! I'm not sure if the cupcakes have more alcohol in them or I do. It's a crime to waste the leftover Prosecco isn't it? Attachment: prosecco_cupcakes.jpg

Yesterday, after a 24 hour brine, I smoked a turkey breast (turkey minus legs. It was incredible. Most moist bird I’ve ever had. Right now I got a couple smal blocks of cheese on the cold smoke. Looking forward to them on Christmas! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
