Was lazy tonight.... should be finishing off my turkey, but decided I couldn't resist the $2.50 pizzas at SW right now..... Sounded so much better to run the oven @400 and really warm up the kitchen. And yes, those SW SS pizzas ARE really tasty!!! Almost as good as the Screaming Sicilian at half the price. I go back and forth between the thick crust supremes and the thin crust chicken bacon ranch.... They were already being pretty well picked over tonight --- hoping they get another shipment for friday.

Hmmm. That looks oddly good, Pablo. I’ve never had potato in my pasta, except for gnocchi of course.

Yeah it's a Naples thing https://memoriediangelina.com/2015/03/1 ... -potatoes/https://www.visitnaples.eu/en/neapolita ... an-recipeshttps://napolicious.pastagarofalo.it/en ... a-provola/https://www.tasteatlas.com/pasta-e-patateIt's a home thing really, so no meat if you like or use ham or beef or sausage. Some like it soupy, others dry as I like it.
