I use one of those orange water pales you see on the side of city work trucks...can use it for other liquids in the summer also

Wife was at Safeway in yelm yesterday and almost all the meat was buy one get one, she called me for more money to stock up on Ribeyes and chucks. Figured I'd pass along the info to the good cooks here!

Decided to use up the last lonely hamburger bun and patty in the fridge.... Just for fun, I fired up the kettle with a bunch of half burnt coals - its just too easy with the gas start - tossed some unknown wood chips on the coals and just seared it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Damn - what a tasty burger! Just can't get that flavor on the gasser.... (without trying ALOT harder).

That's the only thing I don't like about my griddle is the lack of pretty grill marks.
