There’s an even spicier one than that lmao
That one is really good though, I love the flavor
Don't tease, out with it then, that's what I'm looking for! Buy a sack of ground ghost pepper and make yours even spicier! Yeah, I get that. But besides the fact that I do like the flavor along with the heat, it would be nice to find something I can just go grab when I want to scratch that itch, like maybe once a month or so, without having to run down specialty ingredients....

I buy a half pound fresh Thai chili's at the local Asian store (G Mart) Use them fresh in stir fry and curries, dry and grind some up for soups and such. Dried they keep forever, fresh last maybe 2 weeks. Great addition to ramen. Love the flavor, spice up anything!
Also like the Huy Fong chili sauces, especially the garlic chili.

Chip wrote: This is great, you guys already hit my favorites, and I have a couple to go look for. I am another big fan of the MAMA brand, and the green curry and creamy shrimp tom yum are my favorites (gotta be the creamy version, ha). Just bought a case of the tom yum from H Mart. The Samyang stuff hits the spot when I want the HOT stuff. I like both the black bag and the 2x hot red bag - got the 5pk of the reds on the same run to H Mart. Hey UpDog, H Mart puts the 5pk on sale for $4.99 fairly regularly.... I have tried other random ramen from HM, and have been disappointed. 2 I didn't even finish, and I never throw food away, LOL.
If anyone has suggestions for the super hot stuff like the samyang, dish the deets! MAMA is my favorite brand, every single flavor ive had is really good. I like the size of the noodles too. The curry, duck, creamy tom yum are my go to. Mi goreng, beef pho, pad thai, and tenafao are bomb too. The Malaysian and Singapore noodles are the best though. Laska is some serious comfort food. Damn now I'm hungry

No ramen I have found is even in the same category as the 7 Wing Challenge I did at Wing Dome. They make quite the production out of it - even make you sign a waiver. No drink allowed, no napkin, nothing until you finish 7 wings in 7 minutes. I had snot running down my face and sweat fully beading and running down the forehead. I hit traffic on the drive home, making it 90 mins with a nuclear reactor glowing in my belly, and barely made it in time to make it to the head to release the lava! It was free and I got the tshirt, LOL!

A t-shirt?!! I got screwed.
I did the 7-alarm challenge some years ago in Kirkland. I ate the whole thing, made a big show of licking my fingers and the bones, etc. My lips were burning, my mouth was fucked, all the usual. But I got over it.
Went home, took out my contacts and put them into saline, and went to bed.
Got up in the morning, put my contacts back in . . . MOTHER FUCK!!! My eyes were BURNING, I had tears running down my face.
I guess that shit was on my fingers, transferred to the contacts, brewed in the saline overnight, and right to the eyes in the morning . . . .

Yeah, the tshirt was definitely supposed to be part of it! So if you've done that, the ramen was half that hot to me. But it was probably 10 years ago that I did the challenge, maybe I'm just more acclimated to heat now....
