Details, Wavey-Gravey-Davey! Those look great Gotta recipe? It looks somewhat self-explanatory, but do you season or treat the jalas or bacon? Do you roast, broil, or grill 'em? Nicely done

Nicely done For prep I usually slice and de- seed peppers night before Ingredients: Jalapeños Cream cheese Bacon lol smokies Raspberry chipotle sauce Tooth pics Mix half bottle of sauce in with cream cheese , fill peppers then wrap with bacon , baste before tossed in the smoker , cook for 3 hours, smoke them for 2 hrs , half way through baste them again with raspberry chipotle sauce and walla!

nwgunner I throw mine in the smoker for a few hrs. Yeah I set the smoker to 300 deg for 2-3 hours and smoke set for 2 hours and used mesquite biscuits

Looks damn good! My only suggestion, if you have some, try putting a piece of Elk or Venison in place of the lil Smokie. You wont be disappointed. We do exactly what you did, but with the one change, and they are incredible.

I love those, I usually have a 6 quart container of those and a 6 quart container of MOINKS in the freezer to pop in the smoker or even the oven if I am being lazy.
