I just now saw this thread,I can't see the video but I think it's about cod. I can tell you one thing,the cod you can get down there at the store and the cod I bring home....there's a huge difference between mine and that stuff that's been thawed,filleted and refrozen. I'll give the 1st person 10lbs or so of the freshest fillets you'll ever be able to get,to the person who posts a picture drinking a cup of coffee from my new coffee stand down in Rochester. I don't want any ugly mugs (faces)but holding a cup with our label will get it. The winner will have to wait till I get home though towards the end of the month. And then we'll have to set up a meeting time.

I know a guy who said that the Renton Uwajimaya just got some fresh Monkfish in yesterday afternoon.
Monkfish is an East coast fish and availability is sparatic at best.

I think it was your wife, but she said she was there till 10 last night, and that you guys have big plans for the surrounding area. My wife was impressed with the place, and we both thought the coffee was tasty. Nice prices too.
