I went to a kimchi class tonight, so I'm making a place holder for kimchi. There are a ton of different types of kimchi. Just like sushi is a "style", so is kimchi. So for those that think kimchi is "gross" open your mind, and pallet to the all the varieties out there. More to follow. Tomorrow I go shopping. Googeling kimchi does not help much.

We've just started making our own kimchi also. I'll talk to the wifely and see if we can post up a recipe for the thread. Super healthy stuff.

My kids grew up eating kimchi with their spaghetti. I'm not kidding.
I used to think it was just a condiment!

Kimchee tip: Tear the cabbage into shreds instead of slicing it with a knife. Koreans believe that it makes the Kimchee more flavorful when it is not cut with a knife.
