So i'm in a solid part of town, and ive seen a number of bucks(4pt this year) and a few bear during hunting season across the street from my house. Most of them are drunk on apples and dont care about people. I know it is illegal to discharge a firearm in town but i shoot my recurve and that is legal i believe. I'm pretty sure the neighbor who has the apple tree's would be fine if i fill their freezer with venison.
Can i bowhunt in town?

I didn't hit the links provided or wade through it, but the answer may be there. It's a Snohomish WA thread with the same question. https://hunting-washington.com/smf/inde ... c=197875.0

I do not even have to look this one up. It falls under discharge of a dangerous device BB gun, wrist Rocket blow gun 150 yards from a dwelling or road way and the city could have a worse ordinance. Now if your not going to get caught.... https://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx ... apons.,-(1)%20For%20conduct&text=185%2C%20sets%20a%20so%2Dcalled,20%20RCW.

Get permission from the guy with the apples. Have a valid hunting license & tag. It could fall under predation, as the fruit is being consumed by wildlife
PM me your address & I'll bring my bow over to help with the problem

There's other things to consider too. Say you arrowed that deer and the thing runs 200 yards onto someone else's property and keels over in a bloody mess and that neighbor hates hunting. This Karen calls the cops and now you have to explain everything to the fuzz. Seems like a headache you would not like to have not to mention the damage to our image. A couple years back an incident like that happened out in Enumclaw since the elk heard likes to graze in certain cow pastures in town. Damn thing wandered into a gated community and died.
