Weather is supposed to be in the 40s, but dry. :thumbsup2:

I will bring a 10'x10' canopy, a 6' folding table, and a steel fire pit with some wood. Should be able to keep a few people dry and warm in case it's raining. As for food, I'll bring some ahi and salmon poke to share...fully thawed this time!

Excellent! We’ll bring some firewood too. The food sounds great too.

If those who have things that need warming in an oven, and treat me nice, I will have an oven with me. It's got a 25' Travel Trailer wrapped around it. It's small but can heat a casserole, etc. Will also have a microwave (hooked to generator on back of trailer) for quick warmups.

Sorry though, Bathroom is off limits. "Tankage" is limited and I don't want my first stop after leaving a "Dump Station". Don't plan on "dumping" until I reach California. Can't think of a better place to dump my crap. :rofl9:

The curry begins. About six pounds of pork browning in our 16" skillet with one shit load of garlic (added after the picture, trust me, it's in there). We cubed it last night from a larger pork picnic, and marinated it over night.

After browning, it was incorporated into one of our largest stock pots with spuds & carrots and curry fixings:

It'll simmer for hours then we'll package it up for the trip down to Mexico (and probably have it for dinner tonight). It'll only get better over the next 1-1/2 days.

The house smells great!

We just had a couple of bowls for dinner, it's pretty good. It'll be better after sitting for a while. You guys are in for a treat.

Wife is making a couple dozen Deviled Eggs. They will put a little stank in your drawers.

:thumbsup2:

That will be really helpful. We always run out of table space quickly!
