Actually, yes. I was only talking about internet sales and was not thinking about specifically addressing person-to-person sales. I'll update it to address that.

If it comes from a FFL, yes.

$20 any firearm that is not a semi-auto rifle.

$40 semi-auto rifle + state fees.
