I can take care of the safety fitting and blending.
Looking at the frame and slide, I can see cuts not lining up. I wonder if it’s a fitting issue. Does it have a short link? I could machine the dust cover back as long as it doesn’t create a gap.

How close to white is "hidden white"? Interested in getting a glock slide done to match the white p80 to complete my stormtrooper glock. Maybe even a battle worn white?

Hidden white has slight grey hue in it. It's definitely not the Empire white you may be thinking about. There is a Stormtrooper white for that.
