Fusion Fluff and Buff

This Fusion got a little fluff and buff. First up was lining up the frame and slide ball cuts. Then came blending the grip safety and frame. Why wasn’t it just done right the first time? [emoji1741][emoji3603] Afterwards it was refinished with Cerakote.

You are the man Dreadi! Damn, the attention to detail! I'm really glad you posted those pictures. I've owned a few 1911's in the past but never even thought of looking for the inconsistencies that you not only pointed out but beautifully machined to perfection. That is one very sexy looking 1911. Great work! Very, very impressed! Thank you for sharing and educating.
