I have to lay some vinyl over old vinyl (is glued to concrete) What do you figure I can use to fil in the embossed pattern on the old vinyl so it doesn't telegraph through to the new? Screed a thinkcoat of cementitious self leveler over it? Or is there a specialized embossing filler?
Whaddyah know?

Whaddyah know? I had this issue once. I put a power scraper on my Fine MultiMaster and it came right up. Well, it was still time consuming, but not terrible.
