Need a heat register

I’m trying to find a heat register for the house and can’t find anything close. Online or in stores
There used to be a salvage place here in Tacoma but I think the guy running it got too old and shut his doors Anyone know of vintage/reclaimed/used building material stores around Puget Sound? It’s a baseboard register and none of the other registers in the house fit. There is a Habitat For Humanity Surplus Store called the "Re-Store" on Cooper Point in Oly that has TONS of vintage woodwork.

I would bet money the second use in SoDo would have something. That place is amazing. There is one in Tacoma now, but smaller.

None of the others fit that opening. The opening is too short
One thing I didn’t think about till today is that the room was sheetrocked over the plaster. Get someone to patch and refinish your floor then you can get a standard vent that sits flat against the wall.

Is that a "ramp" or "sloping" register?
