So a few weeks ago the wife and I went camping up in Hoodsport at Potlatch and tried our hands at catching some crabs. Well the crab thing did not work out so well, so we went looking around at the little shops and ate some lunch. We ate at the Model T Pub and Eatery, were the Anual belt sander races are held. I am not joking, check this out
Anyways the coolest part is I found a 1940 Basic Field Manual for a M1911 and M1911A1 for 10 bucks. At first I thought I had scored big time, but found out they are all over Ebay. That does not take away the cool factor. This thing is bad ass, and it even smells like 1940. Here are a few pics and if you have a 1911, you owe it to yourself and your John Browning masterpiece to get one.
