Very Cool!!! Must be pretty hard to do cause the aluminum is so thin. Now I know who to contact when I need some aluminum welding done!

Interesting stuff! As Damon said ... is it hard to weld such thin material?

He was an aluminum welder for them. He made us some very cool race stands and parts. He used to tell me how hard it was to weld thin aluminum. So seeing two cans welded together is really impressive!!

Good looking welds on the cans but have you tried "foil" yet?
