Very Cool!!!

Must be pretty hard to do cause the aluminum is so thin.

Now I know who to contact when I need some aluminum welding done! thumbsup

Interesting stuff! As Damon said ... is it hard to weld such thin material?

I used to have a guy on my motorcycle race team that worked for Control Tech bicycle parts. He was an aluminum welder for them. He made us some very cool race stands and parts. He used to tell me how hard it was to weld thin aluminum.

So seeing two cans welded together is really impressive!!

Like an old welder told me once "you really know you're good when you can weld the foil in a gum wrapper". Good looking welds on the cans but have you tried "foil" yet?
