Easy one. Its a bead breaker/rim tool. Usually early Ford.

Finally somebody old enough to recognize a spreader for split rims. Needed it for my Model TT. Allows you to spread out a split rim, until the ends meet flush and can be attached to each other.

That's pretty slick but not the same thing. The tool Arisaka posted collapses the rim

Damn, old growth is all over it again. Yes, this is a wrench and clamp for model t bands. The wrench adjusts. The clamp keeps the bands in place when you remove the pedal shafts

These bands. I each for Reverse, Low and Brake. They look like brake shoes except they clamp down on the outside of the drum, vs expanding into the inside of a drum
