Looking for sheathing for the inside of my shop, (24x48) . So far the cheapest deal I’ve been able to work is 17$ a sheet. Does anyone have a good up or know anyone that can beat that price in the south end ? Thanks in advance

I’ll call Evergreen tomorrow and check.

How many sheets do you need?

$17 isn't so bad. I think they gouged me worse for my roof. And it doesn't mic out at 0.500" - something like 0.412" or somesuch bull (I'm sure I'll get the insider dumptruck...5...4..3...2......)

You might check Hardel Builders Center in Olympia. They have "shop grade" plywood and sheathing that might not be quite as pretty, but works just fine and it's much cheaper. I'd call them and see what they have available as their stock is constantly changing.

Evergreen is $22 but the guy at the desk said it didn't matter if I have an account. That might actually be true right now. Costs are way up on everything.

Personally I'd go with OSB. That's what I'm going to put in my shop. It's much more stable and actually finishes nicer if you put the smooth side out.

Sheet goods just took a jump in the last 30 days. As we get into summer plywood will probably rise a tad more. I'd try to "nail" down a price asap. Rochester Lumber at exit 88 carry shop grade as well. If looks are not important shop grade is the way to go.
