Yeah! They have 32-40 grains per inch. And they are 24-32" diameter. Crazy huh?!? They were cut and have been in the water for bout 100 years. So they were a seedling over 600 years ago.

Very cool... I don't get into old growth logs very often, but the times that I have, I've felt the awe of the times it lived through.
I'm super careful not to make a poor opening cut or screw it up.
