i diy'd 16ft of sewer line and added a U cleanout.... Someone 50 years ago planted a tree above it and the cement pipe had roots in the couplings. Apparently lowes doesnt stock 5 3/4" id fernco's so i had to grind the pipe diameter down. That sucked, melted 2 angle grinders including one one i've used for 15 years.

For future reference harbor freight is the place to get grinders if you're going to abuse them. Ruin them, take em back, get a new one, ruin it also. Get a new one once you're done with your current project that eats grinders. I buy a couple everytime they're under $10, I never switch discs, I just get the grinder that has the right disc on it.

We did that at my last job with their grinder/dremel combo machines. We had stacks of grinding wheels by the time we got tired of it. My issue is it's 10 miles away, on a job that HAD to be done in 1 day. I've abused the crap out of my good dewalts, i'm supprised i was able to kill one, but i think it might only be the switch. The cheap ryobi smoked like hell when it died. I'm leaving it in the hole for the next person to find 50 years from now.

It's kiln dried framing lumber. It has a roof that extends several.inches on all sides. It's under a tree canopy. I'm not worried at all about the 4x4s

Cleaned out the jar of pens on the bench yesterday... What do you guys figure is the appropriate number of spare spray tubes to hang onto?
