My day job is enterprise IT for a service provider in the Seattle area that provides IT support to over 70 companies and over 20,000 computers. There isn't many issues that I don't know how to fix these days as generally I see them all. Right now I'm trying to get my mom into a new house so it's easier to take care of her (elderly/disabled) and to help fund my ammo addiction, but mostly to help my mom.

Services that can be done remote:

Services that require hands on:

- Faulty part replacement
- Moving/setting up
- Data recovery

Remote repairs require a little back and forth to have you run a tool on your computer that grants me a one time access to your computer.

Computer Builds
My main passion is building computers. I'm not just the guy that builds them for fun. I got my start in IT at one of the largest PC builders in the country building thousands of computers.

- CAD/video/render workstations

I'm up to date on the latest and greatest components so will make sure you get the best bang for your budget.

I can also help with business needs from consulting, repairs, quickbooks, line of business applications, office 365, etc. With a lot of us working from home, I can also assist with getting your wifi setup, configuring devices and so on. As the post describes, I'm tech saavy so generally can help with all electronics.

Good to know......I am having a brain fart moment with this PC. I have an external dialup modum that I have to use at the second home as dialup is all there is. Right now I am using an XP laptop at the second home but I weant to use this one. I know I have the blasted modum working right as it shows the connection but my brain fart is with the blasted browsers. The browser and this machine runs so fast that the browser times out before the connection can do its thing. I have done all the searches that I can think of online and found nothing. My dialup connection at the other place can be 20 or 24k that is it. Even my XP laptops I have to click a tab to wait for the connection to work.
