https://oilslubesandfilters.shopamsoil.com/Started selling Amsoil in 2000. My degree is in chemistry and I have been involved with industrial lubricants since 1980. From gun lubes, to synthetic differential fluid, dirt bike motor oil - to just about any lubrication need, shoot me a PM. No pressure.

Dude. First time I’ve heard that you sell amsoil! You’re a good person to ask this: is there a difference between the European formula 5w-40 and the “improved” European formula 5w-40? I have an e-550, twin turbo v-8

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Basic difference is the base oil, and that is reflected in the cost. AFL “improved” European formula and EFM (classic) are the product codes. AFL has more esters, hence the higher cost. But interestingly EFM has more additives (reflected in the higher starting TBN). Frankly both will work fine for a normal oil change interval. I would use EFM and save a couple bucks. https://www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/ ... ?zo=515729https://www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/ ... ?zo=515729Oh and of course I sell just above my cost.
