So I really liked the mossberg nightstick that was up for sale last month. Made me decide I'd like to get one or one like it. I feel dumb for wanting 9ne, but since the non invasive background check window for these items is closing, I figure I should just do it now and regret or sell it later. Let me know what you have via PM, and I'll get back to you if I feel it's a good price. Or if you have seen a new one in stock somewhere let me know.

What is this "non invasive background check window" that you speak of? I've been holding out for a decent price on a Tac-14, but now you've got me concerned.

Anything other than a Pistol and SAR still goes through normal NICS, not the enhanced or delayed check process through your local LEA. NICS told WA State to get their shit together, because come end of June, dealers were to use the State for background checks on all times. That would mean it's safe to assume that EVERYTHING would then take days or weeks to get the proceed on. I heard from Tom @ I5 Guns that NICS granted an extension though.

I’m pretty sure that was only for receivers, hence the laws passed this session. Non-SAR long guns and shotguns will still go through NICS.
