Any suggestions for bringing things? Finger foods only? Number of people expected to be sharing with?

Other years we've had . . . 60-some people? Something like that. But obviously, most people aren't going to bring enough food for that many -- just like any potluck. Some people bring main dishes like soup, chili, or whatever. Or finger foods. Or snacks. Or whatever. As Dan noted in the other thread, there is "limited power" (a few outlets?) for crock pots, etc. If there are a lot of appliances coming, a small/quiet generator would be handy.

Normally, I would bring ahi poke, but the last time it was so dang cold that it was half-frozen, so I'm not sure it's the right dish for the occasion. I'll come up with something else. Might bring an assortment of hot beverages (coffee/tea/cider/cocoa) and just keep a couple kettles rolling on the propane stove, too.

I’ve got the Taco soup covered. I’m also bringing hamburgers, meat and buns only. If you would like cheese, onion, tomato, Mayo/mustard/ketchup or other condiments, please bring some. I’m bringing a two burner camp stove and a Weber bbq. However I expect available grill space to be limited, but I will try to accommodate as best as possible. Woot!

Hi Curt, the ESC rifle/pistol range does have power this year but it’s limited. Any kind of supplemental power would be greatly appreciated I’m sure.

Want me to bring cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce? Who else is bringing goodies to share?
