Thank you!
If there's no one in it try opening the door before cutting the tires odds are it will be unlocked. The hood release is directly under the steering column. To open the hood the pull loop is on the passenger side of the of the hoods "buck tooth" near the top of the marker lamp. If you can get the hood open, just yank the coil wire and cut the intercooler couplers.

Ok, but who's reporting the sightings? He must know people all over, and why hasn't somebody called PD and followed the car to see where it goes if they spot it?

I gotcha, yeah, great question. OP must know a lot of people. Active on a mustang forum?

I have the thing plastered all over Facebook on stolen car groups, car clubs, ect. My problem is most people seem to absolutely refuse to call the police think they are useless. The other thing I'm fighting is people have seen it but didn't know it was stolen including a WSP trooper who seen it the morning it was taken, but I didn't even know it missing yet.

Thanks, that explains it if you have it on forums, FB, etc. I wasn't even considering that.

Don't get your blue Oval panties in a bunch, it was an honest question. All these people seeing it and it's not recovered? Seems reasonable to ask who's seeing it and doing nothing.
