First I think you mean 115 grain.
Second - I am quite surprised at the velocity results. To the point of trying it again.......so weird two (yeah the Wolf is misfire master)......just seems odd the Blazer is slow too
Third - S&B at the prices now is an amazingly good deal

yeah I corrected the 115 grain thing, we actually staggered the bullets (Wolf, then S&B then Blazer) in the magazine and got the same results. It was weird, but we are pretty sure the Chronograph was working

I think this points out, perhaps, that it's pretty hard to guess velocity by perceived recoil or "bang like noise" icon_eek :wagwoot: .

I'm shocked by the Blazer velocity as well (the S&B doesn't surprise me - I've always been happy with it). I was actually about to order a case of the Blazer to take advantage of the rebate, but after reading this blog post, I went with a case of S&B instead. Price difference was negligible, so it was an easy decision. Thanks for the report, Casey! And thanks for the lead on the S&B deal, Pablo. :thumbsup2:

I find it difficult to believe that 115gr 9mm @ 500fps will cycle a properly functioning gun.

so did we and the Wolf ammo did jam the gun, but how do you explain the shooting one Blazer that ran 500 fps immediately (same magazine) followed by a S&B that ran 1100fps?

Looks familiar! They are neat little pistols...very finicky when it comes to mag feed lips, though. Mine is a total jam factory, but at least it looks good again. :ROFLMAO:
