I have the VQ parts kit for my MKIII 22/45 that I need to get installed. I know everybody says these are really simple to do and there are plenty of Youtube videos out there, but I have more thumbs than a hitchhiker convention. I need a recommendation for somebody who has some time under the hood on these Rugers.

Thanks.

I opened the hood on mine once. Almost had to call the scrapyard.
