Hi I am searching for a good pistol smith to perform a trigger job on my S&W 1911 tfp, preferably in the King County, Peirce County area. Every gunsmith i talk to has claims of working on 45 autos for 40 years so I would just like some first hand experiences.

TA on here, Richard Neimer at Oly (though that's a bit further than you stated), the smith at Champion Arms, and Dave Neilson at South Ridge Arms and Refinishing in Orting.
I have a Springfield Loaded that has been slightly worked on by Dave at Southridge and it's pretty nice. I've also seen him turn a craptastic Milspec into a very nice pistol. Ask Aaron at Surplus about it.
I don't have any personal experience with the others, but all come highly recommended.
Neimer at Oly and the smith at Champion (I forget his name) were at Detonics when it was still around.

I personally wouldn't have one of mine worked on by anyone in the region but those four.

turn around time can be awfully slow, but Bruce Jackson who runs Summit Arms Services out of The Marksman does great work.
