So... I have a one off, hand built, 4 gauge blunderbuss. It's priceless (to me at least) and I need to find someone who can extract a sheared screw on my frizzen. I also need a matching one put back in so I can fire my baby. Pics included.

Easy outs and reverse drill bits do not care the age of the metal being used on. Your problem is finding someone to hand cut the replacement cap screw and will take the amount of money you want to offer since it appears that you do not want to do it yourself.

What amount of money would that be? I don't recall giving a budget.

When its time to go in:
That place of steel and stone. I pray that you will keep me safe, so I will not walk alone. Help me to do my duty, please watch me on my rounds.
Amongst those perilous places and slamming steel door sounds. God, keep my fellow Officers well and free from harm. Let them know I'll be there too, whenever there's alarm.
Above all when I walk my beat, no matter where I roam. Let me go back whence I came, to family and home
