Good morning everyone! Just wanted to give a quick hi/introduction post. I am starting my journey into reloading, mainly 300blk but it will probably spill over into other cartridges later. Will most likely be looking for some brass to experiment with on my new press. In the Tacoma area, also into cars if anyone organizes drives or crosses over hobbies that is.
Anyways thanks for reading and happy shooting everyone
-Pat

Welcome to a Waguns!
Hope you have a deep pocket and lots of time for the research besides the time to actually reload. Lots of Little moving parts to reloading.
Where are you planning to test out your reloads?
So what with cars? I drive one but there’s so many facets to cars - old, racing, fixing etc etc

Unsure on where to test them, the outdoor spot we like to shoot at is near Chehalis, but I am debating applying to Tacoma rifle and revolver club to get better facilities. As for cars, into mostly BMW and Japanese sports cars. Used to do a bit of drifting in my older cars. Currently looking to track my M3 if/when the kids get back to school in person so I can either spend my time at the track or at a range during the week.

You will find that having a range close and easy for you will pay huge dividends.
As you load up loads - you will want to test a batch out before committing to a whole bunch of time and energy to find out you don’t like it for whatever reason.
So yes to apply! Plus it takes time and you’ll have a home range etc.

Welcome to WaGuns, Pat! Keep us posted on your reloading journey, some of us love that hobby. Are you loading for an AR? Subsonic? Do you have a suppressor?

Welcome to WaGuns !!!
Reloading is a great hobby that goes hand and glove with shooting. You'll soon become a "Range Scrounge" for brass. and a "Bargain Hunter" for components.
Good Luck and best wishes.

Welcome aboard. A little know fact about reloading, is that it can be very relaxing. At least, that has been my experience. Now that I think about it, I need to reload more often.
