Hey everyone!
College student here looking to get into shooting. I've always been interested in military history and have worked with organizations restoring WWII vintage aircraft and armor but have always really been interested in small arms.
Thought I might have luck hunting milsurps here and finding some good shooting spots for when I finally buy something.
Cheers!

Welcome to WaGuns, Duncan! Milsurps, eh? I like you already! Can you tell us more about the restoration work that you've been involved with? That sounds interesting.

I worked on reskinning a Fieseler storch clone and did metal restoration on a real Fw-190A-5 pulled out of a Russian swamp a few years back.

German WWII aircraft, though just coincidentally. I was going to work on a Tomahawk project that got scrapped (almost literally). Only historic firearms experience I had was mounting a deactivated MG-34 (tragic, I know. Was a donation from an English collector) on a Hetzer at the studio.
