Escapee from Southern California

My wife and I just moved to Camano Island from southern California. I am an avid hunter of both big game and birds and I shoot rifles and shotguns as often as practical in order to try to maintain my skills for those pursuits. I also enjoy shooting tactical pistol.
I'd be interested in learning about any tactical pistol or non-tactical rifle shooting in the area.
I'd also be interested if anyone is looking for a hunting partner for deer, elk, or birds. As far as bird hunting goes, I can contribute a somewhat green but talented and enthusiastic retriever.

We've been wanting to get out of SoCal for years and were finally able to do so. We picked Washington because we have family here.

Welcome Ed glad you got out of that hell hole. If you want head north a short bit and check out my gravel pit most call it Medford pit or the cowboy pit.
