You made a business decision and stepped in to purchase control of the entity that, flagging or not, was a presence in your "market". You then took your ownership rights and elected to use the URL to redirect to your main enterprise rather than to correct and continue the activities of your newly acquired asset. My statement was a business analysis of these moves. BTW: There were other parties interested in the purchase and continuation of SGN; interest of which you were well aware. There is nothing business about it for us. SGN wasn't a competitor, we didn't need their brand or any of their property. Norm chose US as trustees of the site. Don't be upset with us for the choices Norm made as we had zero control over that. As trustees, we will follow Norm's wishes on the site. Don't, for one second, think there was anything nefarious happening here. There wasn't. As Steve mentioned, it was only AFTER Norm made the decision to close SGN, did we (I actually) mentioned it to Norm in a conversation we were already having, about back pain management. |
