If there was a raffle that gave all the proceeds to a non-profit, where would you like to see the money go to?
My goal is to get a good set of opinions and return the WaGuns birthday gift back as a full rifle with the proceeds going to a charitable organization. Here are my suggestions.
SAF - Local organization USO - National organization that helps all military(AD and veterans)
Please tell me about any organizations you feel are worthy of a donation.

Some of the high schools in this state have shooting teams. Maybe you could find one of them that could use support?

Thanks for the referral, and your support, Steve. Our WA State Shooting Sports event is coming up in May, and 4H is a non-profit. And I applaud your generosity Jaime! Whatever you decide to do, it's a really cool idea. I'll look forward to the raffle.

LOL, sorry Chip . . . I meant to say "recent thread," not "decent thread." I wasn't passing judgment on your thread.

This would be really cool. My eldest daughter was on the Tumwater rifle team for a couple years and really enjoyed it.

Might pick 3 or 4 and split the proceeds to benefit all of them. I like the ideas so far but might want to consider also including other humanitarian groups like Smaritan's Purse where all proceeds go to relief (plus with them you can designate). Might want to consider adding to the legal defense funds for https://armedcitizensnetwork.orgThey are local to Washington state and assist in providing legal defense funds for members involved in self defense shootings. Like the idea.
