Free dewalt 10" miter saw

I have an older dewalt dw-703 10" compound miter saw.
The motor works great, but when you let go of the trigger, it makes a horrible screach.
My best guess is the blade brake is or has failed.
Free to the first sight supporter that can come get it in south everett.
No blade is includdd.
